Logistic Strategies in Purchasing Process of Metallurgical Companies

Costs referring to realizing and organizing purchasing process are a substantial part of total costs of a company. In order to make a company’s purchasing and supply processes effi cient, it is necessary to take some steps to prepare purchasing strategy. This operation was the reason for presenting the subject in this study.
